THE ANNUAL OYSTER ROAST & CASTING COMPETITION​ 

• Every fall, we gather at the Hatch headquarters for the annual Oyster Roast & Casting Competition to celebrate the coming fall season and the great fishing that comes with it. Steamed oysters, shop sales, draft beers, rod raffles, and the chance to celebrate with the local fly fishing community...what more could you want?

• This year, the annual Oyster Roast & Casting Competition has special guest St. Croix Fly Rods, Galvan Reels & Riversmith joining in on the fun, and of course, there will be special sales on rods, flies, clothing and more throughout the shop all day long. We'll also be rolling out the turf and test driving some fly rods, while we shuck some oysters, throw back some beers and--later in the night-- we'll bring out the targets and have ourselves a good ol' fashioned casting competition for some cool prizes!
